Job Summary:

Ardalyst is looking for an enthusiastic individual ready to expand their skills as an executive assistant. In this role, you'll gain valuable exposure to Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation while managing daily tasks and office duties. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting small projects. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization and upkeep of files, records, and electronic documents.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, and accommodations.
  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives as required.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on assigned topics.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or 6+ months relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
