PVH Legal supports PVH Corp., its subsidiaries, business units and brands in ensuring that we maintain the highest moral, ethical and legal standards. Position Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the General Counsel will provide direct support to the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary. This role is privy to the most sensitive information and confidential aspects of the business, is a liaison and a primary conduit of confidential and routine communication between the EVP, General Counsel & Secretary and internal and external audiences, including outside counsel, opposing counsel and the members of the PVH Board of Directors. In addition, the role helps support PVH Corp.’s Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations and other Legal functions. This role manages schedules, travel, and expenses, and oversees logistical needs for on-site and off-site meetings. It also provides assistance with coordinating personal and business schedules as required. Additionally, it also coordinates with other departmental EAs and members of the Legal team to ensure execution of the function.
Primary Responsibilities:
Position is salaried exempt. The person in this role must demonstrate flexibility and a strong commitment to supporting the Executive Leadership Team, of which the Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary is a member, and the Board of Directors. In this regard, this requires availability to work and to be accessible during non-standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed to respond to urgent matters and ensure seamless support.

Pay Range:$121,400---$164,300 PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement.
