Job Description

Are you a polished and proactive Executive Assistant with a knack for supporting senior professionals? A dynamic Growth Equity Firm is seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two senior investment professionals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at optimizing administrative processes while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

This is a full-time position with a hybrid schedule: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote, with the flexibility to work on-site 5 days a week if needed.

What You'll Do:

Manage complex and evolving calendars with ease
Act as the gatekeeper for phone and email communications
Arrange travel, including detailed itineraries and expense tracking
Assist in creating company materials such as reports, presentations, and brochures
Conduct daily check-ins to align on short- and long-term priorities
Collaborate with the administrative support team to address cross-departmental needs
What You'll Need:

3+ years of experience supporting at the executive level
Background in finance, professional services, or entertainment
Articulate and professional communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with expense reporting software
Exceptional attention to detail
A positive, team-oriented attitude
