The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you'll be the trusted right hand to our CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Your ability to organize priorities, anticipate needs, and provide exceptional support will be essential in this fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:

Daily Management: Oversee the CEO's commitments and ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.

Strategic Alignment: Align daily tasks with organizational goals, taking detailed notes, organizing priorities, and distributing action items as needed.

Idea Intake and Execution: Capture and develop actionable plans for the CEO's ideas, ensuring alignment with operational standards and following through on projects.

Email, Calendar, and Travel Management: Manage the CEO's schedule and emails, coordinating travel logistics and ensuring all details are seamlessly handled.

Event Planning: Oversee logistics for in-person events, ensuring quality and accountability in all aspects of planning.

Qualifications
Required:

3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting entrepreneurs or high-level executives
Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
College degree, preferably related to business, marketing, or healthcare
Familiarity with marketing and healthcare sectors
Preferred:

Background in marketing
Business degree
Certifications in project management or related fields
Client services experience
Work Environment
This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel required for meetings and events. Candidates should maintain a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access.
