Job Description

A fast-growing Tech Solutions Company based in Greenwich, CT is seeking two new Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistants to join their expanding team! Both EA roles will be supporting a C-level Executive – one supports the Chief Transformation Officer (mostly remote) and the other the CHRO (5 days in office). Candidates must have a minimum of 5-10+ years of applicable high-level executive administrative support experience (open to industry) and a Bachelor’s degree is required/strongly preferred. They should be extremely polished and professional, proactive, eager and willing to learn, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).   • Salary depends on experience (100-150k base), plus discretionary bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits, 401k, etc.
  • Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm, with flexibility as needed or required. Mostly remote and in-office when the Executive is in (EA to Chief Transformation Officer); 5 days in office (EA to CHRO).
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive administrative support to C-level Executive.
  • Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, and appointments; manage and maintain a busy and ever-changing calendar.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare, process, and submit expense reports.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and various other duties as needed or required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-10+ years of applicable high-level executive administrative support experience, ideally supporting a C-level Executive (open to industry).
  • Bachelor’s degree required/strongly preferred.
  • Polished and professional.
  • Extremely proactive, “one step ahead,” and able to take the lead.
  • Eager and willing to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint).
