Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant

Location: Remote ( Philippines)

Salary: $2000 - $2500 USD/Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Support: Provide seamless, high-level administrative support to the Chief Business Officer, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

• Travel & Email Management: Organize international travel and expertly manage the inbox with near-perfect English proficiency, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communication.

• Meeting Coordination: Preemptively manage meetings—prepare briefing materials and handle follow-up tasks to keep projects moving forward.

• Research & Presentations: Conduct research on well placement and water solutions, creating compelling presentations or decks. Support grant applications by gathering and organizing relevant data.

• Project Management: Oversee and manage select marketing efforts, events, and special projects, ensuring everything is delivered on time and meets objectives.

• Investor Relations: Act as a key liaison for investor communications, ensuring smooth relationship management and follow-up.

• Travel Flexibility: Open to traveling internationally with the team to locations such as the Philippines and France.

Requirements

• Near-Perfect English Proficiency: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills to interact with investors, stakeholders, and other high-level contacts.

• Mechanical Engineering or Similar Background: A Mechanical Engineering or related technical background is a big plus, enabling you to understand the technical aspects of the business and participate in discussions effectively.

• Proactive & Organized: Take initiative, anticipate needs, and manage tasks independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
