Spring Office - MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - EXPERIENCED Growing Medical Practice is looking for a friendly, dedicated, and experienced Medical Receptionist to join their team! We have two offices, one in Conroe and Spring, Texas. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients.
• Answer phone calls
• Manage paperwork via Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Must have professional demeanor.
• Must be detailed and possess strong accuracy.
• Oversee the appointment scheduling process from phone or electronic requests, appointments and check out procedures.
• Insurance verifications
• Financial duties and responsibilities
• Facility cleaning responsibilities

• Team Player
• Accurate, Dependable, Friendly, Polite, Professional poise
• Strong communication skills
• Must be multi-task oriented and able manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Experience with Insurance verifications
• EMR - eClinical Works experience preferred but not required.
• Microsoft Office - Intermediate level
• Knowledge of general office equipment including fax machine, copier, scanner, multi-line telephone, calculator, and personal computer
