Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team and provide compassionate legal services to our clients. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel in matrimonial matters, including divorce, pre and post nuptial agreements, child custody and support, spousal support, relocation cases, and division of marital property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients to discuss and evaluate their legal rights and options
• Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, litigating family law matters in court, and assisting in the negotiation of settlements
• Preparing legal documents, motions, and other filings as needed
• Conducting legal research and analysis related to family law matters
• Interacting with opposing counsel and other legal professionals to communicate legal matters
• Serving as an advocate for clients in family law disputes

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 3+ years of Family Law Experience
• Active member of the bar association in good standing

• Competitive Compensation ($130k - $250k DOE)
