Job Description

A well-established law firm is seeking an exceptional Attorney to join its recognized Family Law practice group. We are currently searching for an attorney a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of five years practicing in Family Law. In this position, you will manage all aspects of Family Law litigation and alternative dispute resolution from initial filing through post-judgment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney or an exceptional associate looking to step into a partner role with a highly regarded firm.

Qualifications:

* 5-7+ years of experience in Family Law
* Experience drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
* Experience preparing for and participating in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings
* Ability to work independently and collaborate well as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple cases through varying stages of litigation and alternative dispute resolution
* Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
* J.D. from an accredited law school
