Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for problem-solving and customer service? MedSource Imaging is seeking a talented full time  Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic Pineville team.

MedSource Imaging (MSI) aims to be the leading third-party provider for Hologic Mammography Systems, Parts, and Services for both domestic US and international markets. MSI’s primary operations facility is in Charlotte, NC where the company houses the largest third-party inventory of Hologic Mammography systems and parts.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends

This job does involve travel. The ideal candidate will need to be flexible to travel when required.

What you will be doing:

• Evaluate the equipment, troubleshoot, and complete PMs.
• Installations and all related tasks to diagnose and resolve electronic, mechanical and network problems on medical equipment.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot for computer systems on the equipment according to OEM specifications.
• Continual knowledge growth for repair and installation of equipment
• Provide advanced level diagnosis and repair of imaging systems.
• Be available to handle technical issues and questions from customers.
• Document processes and educate customers when appropriate.
• Provide feedback to HQ from on-site locations and provide a positive presentation of the company to the customers.

What is required?

• B.S degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3-7 years’ experience in medical imaging engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in Outlook, Adobe and CRM software
• Hologic engineering: 4 years (Required)
• Systems engineering: 1 year (Required)
• Medical equipment: 1 year (Required)
