About the Role:
As a Financial Analyst II, you'll be a vital part of our FP&A and finance teams. You'll play a key role in our monthly business reviews, quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and driving cross-functional business alignment. We're looking for a highly analytical thinker with a passion for leveraging data to guide important financial, commercial, and strategic decisions.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze unit economics, variance drivers, and other key performance indicators to provide valuable insights into business operations.
- Assist with quarterly and annual financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and monthly budget reviews.
- Evaluate commercial initiatives to assess their strategic and financial impact on the business.
- Develop objective analyses and processes to help a fast-growing tech company scale effectively and make informed decisions.
- Support cross-functional change projects aimed at improving systems, processes, and data accuracy.
- Partner with key stakeholders to communicate business progress towards financial and strategic goals.

- Ability to travel twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
- Previous experience in an analytically focused finance or business role.
Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Experience with Business Intelligence reporting, CRM, and ERP systems.
- Experience in implementing Budgeting and Planning Software.
