As a Financial Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in guiding clients through their retirement savings journey, offering expert advice on 401(k) and IRA options.
What You'll Do
Provide insightful, over-the-phone guidance to clients during key life moments, such as starting or ending employment.
Discuss various retirement account options and tailor advice to meet individual savings goals.
Educate clients about their retirement plans and help them compare options to best support their financial aspirations.
Build and deepen relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of sales experience, ideally within an inside sales role.
Ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations within company timelines and complete FINRA fingerprinting upon hire.
Self-motivated with a quick learning ability and excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong sales, relationship management, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $52,000 - $64,000 annually.
Sales roles are eligible for additional incentives and bonuses based on performance.
