Team Size:
Join a small missiondriven team with backgrounds in defense biotech and pharma. Youll work closely with the founding team to build modern usercentric tools for clinical trial operations and play a critical role in shaping the future of the company.

About the Role:
As a Founding Engineer youll be part of a team building cuttingedge systems to support clinical trials. Youll have the opportunity to work on critical internal tools that reduce the time and cost of drug development ultimately making groundbreaking therapies more accessible to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build scalable backend systems using modern serverside languages (JavaScript Golang Ruby or Rust).
• Profile debug and optimize performance in a complex backend environment.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and security of sensitive medical data.
• Collaborate with the team to design usercentric platforms for clinical trial operations.
• Take initiative and work independently to meet project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• 04 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in backend development and performance optimization.
• Experience with Linux systems and tools.
• Expertise in building scalable backends with modern serverside languages.
• Experience developing HIPAAcompliant systems.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
