We are looking for an experienced Freelance/Part-Time Healthcare Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs in the healthcare industry. As a recruiter, you will source, screen, and match qualified healthcare professionals to various roles, including nurses, physicians, and allied health staff. This role is remote and offers flexible working hours, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for healthcare roles.
• Job Matching: Align candidate skills and experience with suitable healthcare positions.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline.
• Negotiation & Offer Management: Assist with the negotiation of salary, benefits, and terms of employment.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that candidate documentation is completed and complies with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare recruiting.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare roles, including nursing, physicians, and allied health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is preferred.
