Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts for healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the successful placement of qualified candidates, including nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals. You will work closely with department heads to fulfill staffing needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals, focusing on both domestic and international talent.
  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, career fairs, and referrals to build a strong pipeline of healthcare talent.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and manage the recruitment workflow.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a pool of qualified candidates by nurturing relationships and staying connected with passive candidates.
  • International Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment of international healthcare professionals, including the management of visa sponsorship processes and compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Onboarding: Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to ensure competitive hiring practices.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in healthcare recruitment or a related field. Experience managing international recruitment processes is highly desirable.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of healthcare recruitment strategies and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Familiarity with immigration and visa processes for international hires.
    • Analytical skills to assess recruitment data and make informed decisions.

  • Work Environment: The role may involve a mix of in-office and remote work, depending on company policies.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required for career fairs, recruitment events, and interviews.
