Beauty Heroes Novato Flagship Store is a discovery-based shopping destination offering a fresh and thrilling take on healthy beauty and wellbeing. The well-appointed treatment room on the second floor will extend our client’s opportunity to discover healthy beauty through tailored skincare and beauty experiences highlighting the best brands in the healthy beauty/living space beauty.

About the Position:

We are building a world class team of holistic estheticians who are integral part of our Flagship Store team, providing caring, tailored services and experiences in the store, treatment room and at special events. Product lines we use in our treatment room include Laurel Skin, AYUNA, LILFOX, Honua, Pai, OSEA, Blissoma, Mukti, Leahlani and more. Visit beauty-heroes.com to learn more about our high standards for healthy beauty. We have one treatment room, and one station for waxing/tinting/activations. Services are very personalized and we invest a lot in training our team. We are looking for team member who want to join Beauty Heroes and grow with us.

Responsibilities Include:

· Provide skincare services (facials and facial waxing) and/or makeup application services that follow Beauty Heroes protocols

· The ability to tailor skincare services for each client’s unique needs

· Make skincare recommendations that help clients achieve their goals

· Develop, maintain and grow our clientele for Beauty Heroes services

· Attend product knowledge trainings and be able to use that information to help customers feel more connected to their beauty and skincare rituals.

· Collaborate and participate in in-store events, providing services as requested.

· Provide customers with skincare consultations in-store or online as requested.

· Ensure work area is stocked, clean and meeting all hygiene and safety standards at all times

· Conduct backbar inventory and provide back bar orders/requisitions as requested

· Perform opening and closing procedures to ensure treatment room is kept clean and stocked with laundry and supplies.

· Perform client outreach as requested by phone or email

· Perform services for Press, Influencers or Strategic Partners, ensuring the highest level of professionalism

· Provide sales support in-store as needed

· Help creating unique content for social media as requested

Requirements:

CA State Esthetics License and/or Cosmetology License

Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a spa or similar environment

Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including weekends

Reside close to Novato, California so commuting is easy on you and the environment
