HR Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources department. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is essential in developing HR strategies that support our business objectives and promoting employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
  • Manage recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee performance management, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and handle investigations/remediation as necessary.
  • Work closely with management to develop HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
  • Must be willing to work PST hours*

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
