Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team in our Detroit office. The Inbound Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for clients, providing outstanding service and support to address their insurance needs and inquiries.

Pay range:
$19.50 - $30.00 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from clients, providing information about insurance products, coverage options, and pricing.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, claims processing, and other insurance-related issues.
• Document client interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products based on clients' needs and preferences.
• Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
