Requirements:

- We require candidates to have 8+ years of experience in an IT-related role, with solid experience in PostgreSQL database administration and a proven track record of managing large-scale databases. Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, Windows, GCP, and MongoDB is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, and good project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, we expect proficiency in implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

- In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards. You will oversee the administration and maintenance of PostgreSQL databases to guarantee data integrity and availability, providing technical expertise in database management, including backup recovery and performance tuning. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to developing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with our company goals. Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, developing and maintaining documentation for infrastructure processes, and implementing security measures to protect data are core responsibilities. You will also manage project timelines, resources, and budgets while providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless infrastructure integration will also be part of your duties.

This hybrid position is open to any qualified applicant in Charlotte, NC. Please note that we are unable to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future. The annual salary for this position ranges from $73,000 to $115,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance.
