Key Responsibilities:
Manage civil defense litigation cases with a focus on insurance defense.
Prepare for and conduct depositions, motions, mediations, and hearings.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Current Oklahoma State Bar license in good standing.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil defense litigation; insurance defense experience is highly preferred.
Ability to hit the ground running with strong litigation skills.
