Remote Insurance Sales Associate - Full-Time Position

Please note that we can only hire individuals residing in the following states: Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri.
About the Role:
Location: Remote (work-from-home)
Schedule: Flexible with a suggested minimum of 35 hours per week.
Income: Commission-based weekly pay structure, with the potential for bonuses.
Responsibilities: Assist clients through phone and Zoom calls to help them enroll in benefits programs. The role focuses on providing tailored life insurance solutions to working-class families.
Key Qualifications:
A cell phone and a computer/laptop with a working camera (must be compatible with Windows).
Familiarity with Zoom and high-speed internet for video calls.
Life Insurance License (fees apply for licensing if the position is offered).
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
High School Diploma or GED, plus the ability to pass a background check.
Position Details:
Work remotely, helping clients enroll in benefits through phone calls and Zoom meetings.
Full-time, commission-only position with weekly pay and the chance to earn bonuses.
Appointment-based work model, allowing you to manage your schedule.
Use a needs-based analysis program to assist clients in choosing the right benefits to protect their families.
