Janitor/ Maintenance | Hobart, IN
Part-Time Opportunity
Starting Pay: $16 DOE
Shift(s): 1 st , 7 am – 3:30 pm, 3 days a week
Requirements & Skills:
· High School Diploma preferred
· Knowledge of Facilities Maintenance and Janitorial Duties
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Forklift experience a plus.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
Primary Duties Include:
· Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen
· Replenish supplies
· Handle minor repair and maintenance activities
· Empty trash in the warehouse utilizing forklift
· Remove snow and sprinkle ice-melt
· General building and grounds upkeep.
· Use sweeper to clean warehouse
· Change light bulbs
· Other duties as assigned.
