Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

+ Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

+ Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Lead a technical team:

+ Analyze and derive test cases using functional and technical specifications especially on system integration mapping documentation.

+ Implement configure and maintain the Warehouse Management System to meet the company’s operation requirement.

+ Collaborate with It and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of WMS with other enterprise systems.

+ Collaborate with Cross Functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for WMS Enhancements and modifications.

+ Provide Technical Support and training to clients on JDA Products

Application Support: - Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to user issues.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application issues, proposing and implementing improvements where necessary.

- Monitor application performance and suggest measures to maintain application health.

User Training and Support: - Conduct training sessions for users to ensure efficient utilization.

- Develop user guides and documentation.

- Assist users in understanding and using the application effectively.

Liaison with Stakeholders: - Collaborate with the client’s business team to understand their needs and offer solutions.

- Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security.

- Coordinate with the technical team for necessary software upgrades or patches.

We deliver continuous modernization, upgrades, and address incremental business changes as part of our engagements through our 5 key offerings: SAP Operations, Oracle Operations, IT Operations, Supply Chain Operations, Finance Operations.

Qualifications Required

+ 6 years of experience as a Solutions Specialist in a Consulting role on a Application Managed Service contract.

+ 3+ years of experience with JDA WMS .

+ Understanding of demand and supply planning process.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills.

+ Strong communication skills, capable of dealing with both technical and non-technical staff.

+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

+ Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

+ Technical or functional certifications
