Junior Designer

COOKFOX Architects is seeking a practiced Junior Architect with excellent design skills, some construction administration experience and a minimum of 3 years professional experience. The position will require a strong working knowledge of Revit, strong communication skills and an ability to work independently. Candidates should demonstrate interest in working in a collaborative studio environment, have an interest in environmental sustainability and social equity and inclusion.

Candidate qualifications:

• 3 years minimum professional experience
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures
• Experience in the construction administration phase of a project
• Ability to work collaboratively on a project team
• Strong communication skills: graphic, written and verbal
• Professionalism in dealing with a variety of clients, consultants and vendors
• A strong working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite required; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DMax a plus
• Availability to visit job sites as needed

Salary range is $65,000-$75,000 annually. Consideration based on experience and skill level.
