The Role Remix: EMPIRE is looking for a Junior Designer to join our downtown San Francisco office. This role will report to the Digital Designer in the Strategic Marketing department and will:
- Assist designers and project managers to ensure artists rollout deadlines are met
- Use brand consistent templates for external/internal purposes
- Create promotional materials for artists (cover art, promotional one sheets, physical one sheets, artist photo compositions, etc.)
- Rework artwork for various social channels (social skins and ads)
- Cut & Reformat music videos for various platforms
Key Notes For Success - This is an entry level design position. We don’t expect you to have years of professional experience but we do expect you to have a great attitude and ambition to learn from the other designers.
- Skills in photo manipulation, animation, and a general understanding of various design styles and typography. You have an eye for structuring designs so that they are compelling and legible.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, AfterEffects, PremierePro)
- Must be based in San Francisco Bay Area [or willing to relocate]
Bonus Beats - Intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and/or Blender/Cinema 4D
- Experience with different AI Tools
Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000/annual salary + benefits + discretionary bonus + profit sharing program
The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
