Lead SAP Support Consultant (SD) Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Lead SAP Support Consultant (SD) to become an integral part of our dynamic team.

The selected candidate will deliver vital support and expertise in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, ensuring it meets unique business needs. This position focuses on the effective design, maintenance, and support of our SAP SD solutions to improve our business processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to gather necessary requirements
• Design solutions by analyzing business needs
• Configure and tailor SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain functionalities to align with client business specifics
• Develop project documentation, including training and educational materials for users of business applications
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing SAP solutions
• Maintain compliance with business and industry standards during solution implementation
• Tailor SAP SD in areas like OrgStructure setup and order management
• Resolve system issues and offer lasting solutions
• Work collaboratively with team members to exchange expertise and promote a unified service environment
• Support the enhancement of system capabilities and overall performance

Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SD functionalities, including OrgStructure setup, order management, ATP, pricing, and outputs
• Proficiency in OTC process, returns, and special processes such as customer consignment, STO, 3rd party processing
• Understanding of enhancement techniques like user exit, enhancement points, Badi
• Familiarity with interfaces such as Idocs and 3PL integration
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international project team
• Strong communication and analytical abilities, with a focus on detail
• Knowledge of core-specific business domain processes
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 level)

Nice to have

• Qualifications in additional SAP modules or functionalities
• Experience with large-scale ERP projects
• Capability to adapt to new technologies or changes in project scope
