Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust SEO strategy, focusing on technical, on-page, and off-page SEO to boost organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and execute improvements in areas like site structure, schema markup, mobile optimization, and page speed.
• Content Optimization: Partner with content teams to create and optimize SEO-friendly content that aligns with search engine algorithms and user intent.
• Link Building: Devise and execute a link-building strategy to strengthen domain authority and improve keyword rankings.
• SEO Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Continuously refine strategies based on insights from SEO data.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and tech teams to ensure SEO initiatives are integrated across all digital activities.
• Manage External Partners: Identify, assess, and manage external agencies and freelancers to enhance SEO efforts as needed.

Your Qualifications:

• Proven SEO Expertise: Extensive experience leading SEO initiatives in consumer-focused, fast-scaling tech companies, with a demonstrated ability to drive significant growth.
• Technical SEO Skills: Strong knowledge of site audits, page speed optimization, mobile SEO, and schema markup.
• Content Strategy: Proficiency in optimizing content for SEO, understanding both user experience and search engine guidelines.
• Tools: Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
• Mindset: Highly goal-oriented with strong organizational skills and a "doer" attitude, capable of balancing execution, planning, and strategy.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of explaining SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders and working effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in competitive industries like adult, dating, fintech, or media.
• Familiarity with fast-paced startup environments or platforms with strong consumer engagement.
