We have a supportive and innovative company culture that is fully remote , as we offer top-tier training.

We a variety of life and accidental life insurance to families to support end of life, paycheck protection and accidental injury.  We work with unions, credit unions, veteran service organizations and many other associations to connect their clients that have requested information- no cold calling .

The agent will then call, qualify, and set up the appointments to meet with them over the phone or through zoom and help them apply for the insurance policy.

This is a 100% commission based only (1099)- uncapped income with bonuses.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and can work from their home either, part-time or full-time, to protect families that have requested coverage information. AO Globe Life is looking for a business partner who is committed to helping families achieve their financial goals. We are specially looking for people who:

• Are hard-working with integrity
• Have a growth mindset and are driven to excel
• Are willing to read and work on personal development
• Are coachable and willing to do what it takes to be successful
• Have a Life and Health insurance license or willing to obtain

Compensation

We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available-no cold calls. Online training, events, plus one-on-one mentorship is available. The average commission is around $1500-1750 per application. Full-time agents write about 5 or more applications per week.

• Part-Time agents make approximately $30k-$60K+ in their first year
• Full-Time agents make approximately $80K-$190K+ in their first year
• Agency Owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200k-$500K + a year

Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skill
