Job Description

Full-Time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional (Whittier, CA)

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop new leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships through follow-ups and consistent communication.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing clarification.

Requirements:

Experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred).
Sales experience in roles such as outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and stay organized.
Ability to relate effectively to customers and meet their needs.
Property & Casualty license required.
Life & Health license preferred (can be obtained after hire).
Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

License Requirements:

Must hold an active Property and Casualty license in California, Arizona, or Oregon prior to your start date.
Must be willing to obtain licenses in all three states (CA, AZ, OR). The process is simple and does not require an exam. We will reimburse licensing fees after a 90-day probationary period.

Remote Work Consideration:

We prefer in-office work, but remote options may be available for candidates licensed in Arizona and Oregon.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 26,000.00 204,000.00 Per Year
