Job Description

WorkFit Medical Staffing, PLLC, is seeking two dedicated LPN's for a student 1:1 in the Rochester City School District.  This LPN will be responsible for transporting student to and from school in the mornings and afternoon while providing the necessary medical care throughout the day.  

Job Description:

1:1 care for student

Monday - Friday 

Pay rate $28 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Accompany the student on the school bus to ensure their safety and well-being
• Follow preset care plan for student during transportation and as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• School nursing experience a plus
• Must carry a clean license and registered to work as a LPN in NYS
• Reliable transportation to and from school
• CPR Certified
