• Collaborate with team members on sales administration tasks to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration and various types of insurance products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable (Spanish is a plus).
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and telemarketing techniques.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.
