Summary:

Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and all processes for mail service.

Responsibilities:

• Performs general duties to include: Processing mail 
• Provide exceptional professional and courteous service to all internal and external customers 
• Assist in maintaining the daily operation of the Department 
• Must be familiar with postal regulations, processes, postage machine and other related equipment 
• Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions 
• Works with little supervision with ability to use critical thinking skills and utilize own judgment in making decisions 
• Complete other duties as assigned
