What You'll Do:

  • Engage with our Swedish-speaking customers : Be the voice and support for our Swedish customers via various channels such as chat, email, and phone.
  • Solve problems and provide solutions : Answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our customers’ experiences are nothing short of exceptional.
  • Collaborate with our international team : Work with diverse teams across different time zones to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
  • Provide insightful feedback : Share valuable insights from customer interactions to help shape product improvements and customer service strategies.
  • Manage customer expectations : Ensure timely and clear communication while providing the best possible service, always going the extra mile!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent in Swedish (both written and spoken) – You’ll be speaking directly to our Swedish customers, so we need someone who’s comfortable and confident in Swedish.
  • Customer-first mindset : A passion for helping people and solving problems in a friendly, empathetic way.
  • Excellent communication skills : Ability to articulate thoughts clearly, actively listen, and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
  • Problem-solving skills : Think on your feet and find solutions to a wide range of customer challenges.
  • Experience in customer support (preferred but not required): If you have previous experience working in customer service, that’s a plus, but we’re also open to training the right candidate.
  • Tech-savvy : Familiarity with customer service tools and software is a bonus, but not essential.
