As a Marketing and Promotions Associate, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, executing face-to-face marketing strategies in the retail environments within Savannah, GA . This role will involve interacting directly with customers, promoting brand awareness, and driving sales through exciting and interactive campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in retail settings, delivering compelling product presentations and promotions.
Conduct presentations, and interactive activities to generate interest and drive sales.
Build and maintain relationships with team members, leadership, and retail store personnel to ensure successful campaign execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, displays, and promotional giveaways.
Provide regular feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to brand guidelines at all times.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in face-to-face marketing.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree in Marketing or related field is a plus).
Previous experience in face-to-face marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
Enthusiasm for marketing, promotions, and engaging with customers in a retail environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in presenting and demonstrating products/services to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
