Marketing Associate - Retail Division (Remote)

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to a growing company in the lending industry. You'll work directly with senior leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives that engage real estate investors across the country.
What You'll Do
As a Marketing Associate, you'll play a key role in building and executing creative marketing campaigns while working closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include:
Social Media Strategy & Management - Create and manage engaging campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Track performance and optimize strategies to boost engagement and lead generation.
Content Marketing - Write blog articles, case studies, and thought leadership content that connects with real estate investors and establishes our brand as an industry leader.
Marketing Strategy Development - Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute marketing plans that drive business growth.
Campaign Management - Develop targeted campaigns based on data-driven insights to reach the right audience at the right time.
Brand Management - Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Performance Analytics - Monitor marketing efforts, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.
Event Management - Identify and manage in-person marketing opportunities such as conferences and networking events to enhance our brand presence.
Sales Team Support - Work closely with loan officers and sales professionals to develop marketing materials that help them connect with clients and drive results.
Graphic Design Support (Preferred) - Assist with creating visually appealing content for social media, email campaigns, and presentations using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for a marketer eager to bring fresh ideas to a fast-growing company in the real estate lending space.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, mortgage, or finance.
Social Media Expertise: Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and crafting compelling campaigns.
Content Creation Skills: Strong writing abilities with a portfolio showcasing creativity and versatility.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies.
Design Skills (Preferred): Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to track performance, analyze data, and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
