Marketing Coordinator - Plainview, NY

Industry:

Professional Services -  A nationally recognized law firm specializing in litigation with 100s of attorneys across multiple U.S. offices.

Role:

The Marketing Specialist will be involved in creating and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and supporting attorneys in client acquisition and retention efforts

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the firm’s business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain and enhance the firm’s brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to engage audiences.
• Coordinate client-focused events, seminars, and webinars to build relationships and generate leads.
• Organize and promote firm-sponsored events, such as networking receptions, CLE (Continuing Legal Education) programs, or community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Professional Services Marketing) are a plus.
• 2+ years of marketing experience within professional services.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and analytics software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$55-75k depending on experience
