A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Senior Trade Show Coordinator,

Every day in this role is different, but a typical Monday might look something like this: First, you'll review the regional conference intakes received through Monday.com, ensuring all details are captured accurately. Next, you'll order any necessary materials for these conferences and relay the relevant information to the Area Manager. If regional conferences are happening that weekend, you'll create any additional materials needed and set up iCapture to collect data during the events, ensuring timely submission. You'll also follow the iCapture workflow for any regional conferences that took place over the weekend. Additionally, you'll prepare for the Monday Derm team call, reaching out to Product Directors if you need specific information. The majority of your time in this role will be spent organizing regional conferences, managing iCapture processes, and keeping Salesforce updated.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required.
  • 3+ years of tradeshow/conference experience, preferably in a healthcare organization or other regulated industry, required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including mail merger.
  • Able to lift 25 pounds.
  • Actively displays behaviors that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences.
• Preferred Requirements
  • Minimum 4-year bachelor's degree, in marketing, business or other related discipline, preferred.

SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, with approximately 25-30% travel, which may occasionally extend into weekends.
