Job Opening: Media Buyer/Creative Strategist

Employment Type: Contract to Hire, Full-time (40 hours/week)

Pay Scale: $2,000 - $4,000 per month, plus profit-sharing bonuses after the initial contract period.

Overview:
Internet Adventures LLC, a dynamic advertising agency specializing in direct response campaigns on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, is seeking a skilled Creative Strategist to join our team. Unlike traditional agencies that outsource creative work or charge a premium, we deliver cost-effective creative solutions directly to our clients and earn based on performance.

Role Summary:
As a Media Buyer, you will oversee our video ad production process from concept to completion, ensuring that our visual content resonates with target audiences while aligning with driving advertising ROI. You will be responsible for scripting, coordinating video production, and managing a creative team, to produce compelling social media advertisements that mimic the authentic style of TikTok videos.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze ad performance using Excel to guide creative decisions.
- Recruit and direct content creators and actors from platforms like TikTok and Backstage.
- Develop creative briefs and scripts for various stakeholders.
- Oversee the editing and final production of video content.
- Conduct competitor analysis and qualitative research to inform creative strategies.
-Manage the full lifecycle of creative production, including associated short form video ads, ad images, and landing pages.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in one of the following: media buying, video editing, cinematography, or graphic design, (preferably within a paid social agency environment.)
-Strong grasp of scriptwriting, creative briefing, and project management.
-Proficient in video editing and graphic design, with hands-on experience or in a supervisory capacity.
-Excellent command of English and effective communication skills.
-Capable of performing data analysis in Excel and executing time management efficiently.

**Must be willing to coordinate work schedules so you’re online at least 4 hours during our workday. We’re located in GMT -5)**
