Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and edit high-quality scientific and medical content, including clinical study reports, regulatory documents, manuscripts, white papers, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as regulatory affairs, clinical development, marketing, and business development, to ensure clear and effective communication of scientific information.
Ensure all written materials comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and specific client guidelines.
Conduct thorough literature reviews and stay current on the latest scientific and medical developments in relevant fields.
Translate complex scientific data into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and other target audiences.
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed, providing expertise and insights on medical writing and communication strategies.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Ph.D., MD, PharmD) in a life sciences or healthcare-related field.
Proven experience in medical writing, particularly in bio/pharma, healthcare, and medical devices.
Experience communicating with healthcare providers (HCPs) and a strong understanding of their needs and perspectives.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to make complex scientific information accessible to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines (e.g., ICH, GCP, AMA style).
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
Additional Information:

This is a part-time, remote position, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
Competitive compensation will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
