Salary 90,000 - 120,000 USD per year

Requirements:

- Microsoft Power Platform Architect

- I have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience with at least one programming language (e.g., .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools).
- I possess over 1 year of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform architect and have successfully led implementations of Microsoft Power Platform programs.
- I am familiar with one of the RPA tools and have experience assessing and migrating bots to Power Automate Desktop.
- I have detailed knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, and Virtual Agent/Copilot.
- I have delivery management experience leading large global implementations on Microsoft Power Platform.
- I demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and have experience running governance at the program management and executive levels.
- I possess strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple deliverables and drive outcomes while solving problems.
- I have exceptional client management skills and a strong drive for results.
- I am able to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment.
- I am willing to travel to client locations as per engagement requirements.

Responsibilities:

- - I will set up the Microsoft Power Platform/Azure AI environments and related technologies.
- I will define standards and guidelines, driving technology best practices.
- I will establish technical governance and frameworks to manage tenants, environments, users, and COE Kits.
- I will administer security and governance frameworks.
- I will evaluate dependencies and propose DLP policies.
- I will establish communication monitoring and support methodologies.
- I will perform technical assessments to convert existing robotic process automations into MS Power Automate Desktop and lead the follow-through migration opportunity.
- I will conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for client engagements, such as proofs-of-concept (POC), proofs-of-value (POV), proofs-of-technology (POT), and production deployments.
- I will lead implementation and deployments, leveraging a global delivery team.
- I will ensure flawless delivery by coordinating with business and IT teams across clients.
- I will guide teams in identifying technical risks early in the process.
- I will train, coach, and mentor Citizen Developers (if required) as they use the Microsoft Power Platform tools, providing advice and guidance on best practices and development techniques.
- I will lead the identification and evaluation of alternative solutions.
- I will support issue resolution and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
