Job Description
As a Mid-Level Scrum Master at CyberPoint, you will play a pivotal role in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven solutions in an agile environment. You will facilitate and coach teams in the Scrum framework, ensuring smooth execution of sprints and alignment with project goals. Working closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders, you will help drive the continuous improvement of processes, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. In this role, you’ll support the successful delivery of innovative AI and machine learning solutions, while helping the team navigate challenges and ensure that all deliverables meet the organization's strategic objectives. You will help create an environment that supports continuous growth and helps drive the company’s innovation efforts forward.
Required Education: - Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience, or
- Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience
Required Skills/Experience:
- Subject matter expertise in supporting agile development using iterative development methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies and tools.
- Ability to synthesize feature request requirements, break them down into user stories, and organize them into logically consistent epics.
- Skilled in tracking and reporting team utilization and velocity.
- Strong communication skills: proactive engagement with team members and cross-organizational DoD colleagues both inside and outside the team.
- Minimum of an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility .
Major Duties/Tasks:
- Document requirements and specifications, and review documentation provided by other teams and vendors.
- Collaborate with mission teams to engage with potential customers within the Department of Defense (DoD) and identify and evaluate prospective projects.
- Synthesize feature request requirements, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and facilitate engineering efforts to meet aggressive project timelines.
