Shore Studio STHLM AB is a creative production agency specializing in helping B2B companies scale their creative teams. We offer a powerful alternative to hiring freelancers, in-house teams, or traditional agency retainers. As we aim to become a regionally recognized agency within the next five years, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Graphic/Motion Designer to help our clients succeed by delivering high-quality design.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to create top-notch designs that align with their brand messaging and marketing goals. Prior experience in an agency setting is essential for success in this position.
âââââ Salary: $1,000 - 2,500 USD (depends on candidate’s expertise) -100% remoteResponsibilities:
• Digital & Motion Graphics Creation: Design and produce world-class digital and motion graphics that support clients’ brand messaging and marketing objectives.
• Software & Tools: Use After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and other design tools (such as Framer) to bring creative concepts to life.
• Project Management: Maintain project files and handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and technology to continually improve design skills and techniques.
• Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet their brand identity and goals.
Performance Metrics:
• Your performance will be assessed based on key metrics, including response time, project turnaround time, client satisfaction, and adherence to company values.
• High-quality design output and effective project management will be essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a proven track record in an agency environment.
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and specifications.
• Proficiency in AI tools as part of your daily workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to infuse fresh ideas into creative strategies by staying current with industry trends.
• Willingness to travel for an annual company event.

• Required hardware and software will be provided.
• Experience in advertising or creative production for B2B companies is a plus.
