Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Originating Branch Manager to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this role, you will oversee and manage the loan origination process for your assigned branch. Your responsibilities will include leading and coaching a talented team of loan professionals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and establishing strong relationships with clients and referral partners. You will also play a key role in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of loan originators, providing guidance and support to foster their success.
Ensure compliance with all mortgage lending regulations and procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and referral partners to drive business growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in mortgage regulations.
Utilize mortgage loan origination software and technology effectively to streamline processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in mortgage loan origination and team management.
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and procedures.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and referral partners.
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in mortgage loan origination software and technology.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Note: An active NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) license is required.
Compensation Structure:
Please note that this position offers a commission-based compensation structure, with the potential to earn up to $120,000 per year.
