Job Description

***$500 Sign-On Bonus*** following 90 days of employment. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public spaces, assisting guests, and performing guest safety/security rounds through out the night. Hours: 10pm - 6am Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Security Rounds - Consistently walk guest floors from 10pm - 1am to ensure guests are adhering to hotel's Quiet Hours & Conduct Policies.
• Guest Requests - Assist in delivering amenities, linens, cribs, rollaway beds, etc to guest rooms, upon request.
• Lobby Tile Cleaning - Deep clean lobby area tile with tile machine.
• Restaurant Cleaning - Deep clean restaurant area, including tables, chairs, seating, carpets, etc.
• Public Restroom Cleaning - Clean and restock public area restrooms
• Laundry - Wash and fold towels and linens, as needed
• Special Projects - complete special project tasks, as assigned by management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred. Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in repetitious and fast paced environment.
• Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift. Significant bending required.
• Self Management - Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work duties. Adheres to CSM attendance policy, grooming and appearance standards, and general work rules and department procedures. Attends all required department and hotel meetings. Responsible for proper use of all equipment and supplies.
