Overview:

RSM ATL is an all-inclusive service provider for restaurants and their facility needs. The company is looking for a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position involves working with our equipment database and requires availability during daytime hours in the EST time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inputting and updating data in the equipment database within time limits.
  
• Encoding personal details of customers, suppliers, and vendors.
  
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in an appropriate and timely manner.
  
• Update and maintain databases with new information, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  
• Compare entered data against source documents, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly to maintain data integrity.
  
• Provide administrative support.
  
• Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive or proprietary information handles data during data entry tasks, adhering to privacy regulations and company policies.
  
• Document data entry processes, procedures, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
  
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in data entry techniques, accuracy, and efficiency through training, practice and feedback.
  
• Other data entry tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Data Entry.
  
• Accuracy and typing speed of 60-70 wpm (words per minute).
  
• Proficient with any Microsoft Programs.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize tasks at hand.
  
• Available to work efficiently in the EST time zone during daytime hours.
  
• Familiarity with Zoho One system is a plus and preferred, but can train the right candidate.
  
• Prior experience in using General AI for data entry tasks is a plus.
  
• Speak fluent English.
