Part -Time Nanny for Infant Care in Aldie, VA

Hourly Rate : $20-$25 per hour

Start Date : January 6, 2025

Schedule : 3 flexible days a week, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Benefits : 1 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, flexible summer hours

Guaranteed weekly hours

Seeking a nurturing, responsible, and experienced nanny to provide care for a 4 month old baby (age at time of start date). Looking for someone who can create a safe, stimulating, and loving environment to foster the baby’s growth and development. The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, attentive, and has a passion for working with young children.

Responsibilities :

• Infant Care: This includes diaper changes, feeding, and monitoring nap times.
• Daily Routine: Follow and maintain a consistent daily routine, including playtime, feeding, napping, and outings (weather permitting).
• Meal Prep and Feeding: Prepare bottles and meals as needed
• Engagement and Learning: Provide age-appropriate activities, including educational games, sensory play, reading, and interactive play.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and clean environment, including tidying play areas and cleaning up after meals and activities.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents.

• Minor Household Tasks: Perform light household tasks related to the baby, such as washing bottles, tidying up toys, and ensuring the living spaces are child-friendly.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a nanny, caregiver, or in childcare is highly preferred.
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Patient, creative, nurturing, and dependable with a genuine love for working with young children.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (own vehicle preferred).
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and needs as mom may occasionally travel for work or change work hours.

• Provide 3-5 professional references.
