As a Pest Management Professional with Clancy Brothers Pest Control, you will play a key role in protecting homes and businesses from unwanted pests using state-of-the-art technology. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22-$30/hr, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and commission.

What Can You Expect?:
We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to succeed. Training includes:

• Proper home inspections (including crawl spaces and attics).
• Identifying and treating pest infestations using industry-leading products.
• Customer communication & education on pest prevention.
• Product and safety training for effective treatments.
• Time management & route optimization.
• Equipment maintenance & vehicle safety.
• Online training modules to reinforce learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pest Control Services: Perform inspections, treatments, and preventative solutions following company standards.
• Customer Communication: Engage with clients to explain treatments, educate them on pest prevention, and address concerns.
• Documentation & Compliance: Accurately record services provided, maintain regulatory compliance, and collect payments when necessary.
• Scheduling & Route Efficiency: Coordinate with the office to ensure efficient daily service routes.
• Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe company vehicle and tools.
• Training & Growth: Participate in ongoing education and mentorship programs.
• Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet daily and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive success.

Requirements:

• No prior experience needed—we provide all necessary training!
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication & customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently & manage time effectively.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check & drug screening.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including attics and basements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in pest control, customer service, or fieldwork.
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
• Mechanical or technical skills for basic equipment maintenance.

Location: We are looking for candidates in the Greater Boston Area. Our headquarters is in Quincy, MA, providing convenient access to our service areas.
