Pharmacy Patient Assistance Coordinator LOCATION: 1666 Precision Park Ln., San Ysidro, CA 92173 SCHEDULE: Mon Fri, 8am 5pm, with travel required throughout San Diego County all the way to Imperial County as needed. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, case management, referrals, or Pharmacy related functions with working knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology. Related education may substitute for experience. A minimum of 1 year customer service experience. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with medical providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and all internal and external customers. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Pharmacy Technician License & High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. EDUCATION PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in a health-related field CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Current valid CA driver's license and access to privately owned insured vehicle.
