Pipeline Controller II will monitor the flow, pressure, and specifications of Field Operations. The Pipeline Controller will train on Consoles and learn system fundamentals.

Your assessment results will be valid for one year. Responsibilities May Include: - Monitor product flows and pressures in pipeline utilizing SCADA information.
- Participate in planning, scheduling, and implementing facility operations, shutdowns, and start-ups.
- Designates volume/pressure requirements, which serve as a basis for implementing production preference schedules to assure maximum performance of controlled product contractual obligations.
- Prepares daily operating reports, product volume ledgers, and other required records.
- Ability to monitor actual performance against those targets and driving/documenting the actions to address deviations.
- Track deviations to plans and respective causes of deviations.
- Provide information and guidance based on a consolidation of data and a broad perspective of day-to- day operational performance.
- Assist with coordinating/supporting responses to abnormal operating events and crisis events.
- Performs other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Required Qualifications: - Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without restrictions
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent
- 2 years or more of oil and gas industry experience
- Willing and able to work a minimum 12-hour rotating shift that includes weekends and holidays
- Willing and able to work short notice callout and overtime when required for Console coverage
Preferred Qualifications: - 5 years or more of oil and gas industry experience
Midstream Phillips 66's Midstream business is a safe, reliable and trusted logistics provider for the movement and storage of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 22,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
Compensation The base pay range for this role is
$111,150.00 - $117,000.00 depending on candidate's relevant work experience and education.
