Location depending on job availability Job Description: Join our team as a Powersports Parts Associate at Big Rock Powersports and Marine. As a vital member of our Parts Department, you will contribute to the success of our dealership by providing excellent customer service and ensuring the availability of quality parts for our customers’ Powersports vehicles. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Interaction: Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right parts for their Powersports vehicles. Provide product knowledge and guidance to enhance customer satisfaction. 2. Order Processing: Efficiently process parts orders, from customer inquiries to order fulfillment. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of parts. 3. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate and organized parts inventory. Perform regular stock checks, monitor inventory levels, and initiate restocking procedures as needed. 4. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest Powersports products and parts. Provide expertise on compatibility, specifications, and upgrades to both customers and colleagues. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including service and sales, to facilitate seamless communication and enhance overall dealership operations. Requirements: – Excellent customer service and communication skills.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
– Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
